How to Order

 

By Phone, Email, In-Person, On-Line Order Form, or Fax

 

Products can be ordered by phone or in person at our office during our regular business hours: M-F, 7am – 5pm, Mountain Time.  When placing your order, please make sure you have the item name and credit card ready.  You may also fax your order 24/7 to: 970-245-1819.  Please include the item name, item description, color, size, and quantity of each item.  We will contact you with pricing and delivery/shipping options.  Please include your shipping address and desired timeline to receive your order.   In case we have questions about your order, please provide your name, phone number or email address.

 

You may also place your order through our website. Simply fill out this form with what you need and we’ll follow-up with you during business hours once we receive your order. Please note that you will still need to pay over the phone or in-person as our website cannot process payments.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

We ship by the following carriers: UPS, FedEx, local and regional carriers.  Not all items can be shipped due to weight, size, or regulatory restrictions.  We will contact you by the next business day to confirm your order.

 

Expected Delivery Times:

 

Standard Shipping

 

Orders placed with Standard Shipping usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

 

2-3 Day Shipping

 

Orders placed with 2-3 Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 10:00 a.m. MST usually arrive within the 2-3 business days.  If we receive your order after 10:00 a.m. MST, or on weekends and holidays, orders will usually arrive in 4 business days. A surcharge will be added to the standard shipping for this service.

 

Overnight Shipping

 

Orders placed with Overnight Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 10:00 a.m. MST usually arrive on the next business day. Orders placed with Overnight Shipping Monday through Friday after 10:00 a.m. MST, or on weekends and holidays, usually arrive within 2 business days. A surcharge will be added to the standard shipping for this service.

 

PO Boxes

 

Shipping to PO Boxes is not available

 

International

 

Shipping to an International address is not available.

 

Payment & Pricing

 

We accept credit card payments:  Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  Customers with a current signed credit agreement may place orders on account.  Contact us about setting up a credit account.  Click here for an application.

 

All of our pricing and specifications are subject to change without notice. We’ll do our best to keep our website as up to date.  Applicable Sale Tax depends on state of residence and will be added to final order.

Our products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty.  Please call for more information.

 

Returns

 

Please call or e-mail us prior to sending any return.  We will provide shipping instructions at that time.

 

In general, ship your return package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. All items that are shipped to you in the original manufacturer’s packaging must be returned in the same packaging.  Once your return is received and processed, we will place a refund to the original credit card or send you your requested exchange item.  Please make returns within 10 days after contacting us about the return.  A copy of original purchase receipt must accompany all returns.  Please note that a 15% Restocking Fee may apply to any non-warranty return.

 

Return Shipping Care

 

Inspect your order carefully upon receipt.  Any damage to your order during shipping must be reported immediately to the delivery service to make your claim.  Please also contact us at 800-287-2808 for further information as soon as possible.
